Bajaj launches updated Pulsar N250 at Rs 1.51 lakh

Bajaj Auto has launched the revised Pulsar N250 in India. It is now priced at Rs 1.51 lakh (ex-showroom), which is a price hike of Rs 829. In terms of changes, the biggest one has to be the new 37mm upside-down fork finished in a golden colour. The 2024 Pulsar N250 now gets a traction control system along with three ABS modes — Road, Rain and Offroad. The traction control can be switched off in the ‘Offroad’ ABS mode. At 164kg, the weight of the new Pulsar N250 is up by 2kg.

There’s also a new fully-digital LCD screen which now supports Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation through the Bajaj Ride Connect app. The updated Pulsar N250 also gets wider tyres, with an increase of 10mm at each end. The switchgear, too, has been changed to accommodate switching between the ABS riding modes. Apart from this, the 2024 Pulsar N250 also gets three new colours and updated graphics. These new colours include Glossy Racing Red, Brooklyn Black and Pearl Metallic White.

The 249cc, single-cylinder motor remains the same as before and still produces 24bhp and 21.5Nm of torque. It is mated to a 5-speed gearbox and gets a slip-and-assist clutch. Braking duties are handled by a 300mm disc at the front and a 230mm disc at the back; dual-channel ABS is standard. There’s also an LED projector headlamp and USB Type-A charging port on offer. The seat heat and ground clearance stand at 800mm and 165mm, respectively.
