Upcoming Bajaj Pulsar NS400 Teased Again Ahead Of Launch

The upcoming Bajaj Pulsar NS400 has been teased again by Bajaj Auto, giving us a closer look at its colour options and some mechanical details as well.

From the teaser, we can see that the bike will get a white colour option. This will be available along with the red colour option seen in the teaser. The engine casing is visible as well and the rear sprocket in the teaser seems to be different from that of the Bajaj Dominar 400, suggesting that the NS400’s gearing could be different.

Details like the gas-charged monoshock, gold-finished inverted fork and the single-piece handlebar were already spotted when the bike was spied recently. When it was spied for the first time, we got a good look at its headlight design with lightning-bolt shaped DRLs (daytime running lights). Also, the first teaser of the bike gave us a closer look at the bike’s radiator shrouds and front fender design. The upcoming streetfighter will be powered by the same 373.3cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine seen in the Dominar 400 with a different set of tuning. It produces 40PS and 35Nm in the Dominar 400. It will most likely get ABS modes and traction control like that of the updated Bajaj Pulsar N250.

The Bajaj Pulsar NS400 is expected to be priced around the Rs 2 lakh mark, much below the Dominar 400’s Rs Rs 2,30,815 (ex-showroom Delhi) price tag. It will then rival the KTM Duke 390, Triumph Speed 400, TVS Apache RTR 310 and Husqvarna Svartpilen 401.
