UAE-spec Ford Endeavour’s Specifications Detailed

The new-gen Ford Endeavour, known as the Everest in international markets, has been under the spotlight for its potential launch in the Indian market. While its debut is yet to be confirmed, a point to note is that this model is sold in plenty of international markets with varying specifications. In this report, we are going to decode the Endy that’s sold in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Let’s get cracking right away!

A Petrol Heart

First things first, the UAE-spec Ford Endeavour gets an option that most other markets don’t get: a turbo-petrol engine. It’s a 2.3-litre EcoBoost engine that belts out 296 PS and 420 Nm, paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. Fun fact: this is the same engine that’s offered in the entry-level Mustang in the United States of America.

There’s a diesel engine available too: a 170 PS / 405Nm 2-litre unit, teamed with a 6-speed automatic transmission, limited to just the entry-level model.

Variants And Colour Options

The UAE-spec Ford Endy is offered in seven colour options: Equinox Bronze, Absolute Black, Aluminium (silver), Arctic White, Meteor Grey, Sedona Orange and Snow Flake White.

It’s offered in three broad variants: XLS, XLT and Limited.
