The Audi Q4 e-tron has been updated for the 2024 model year in the United States and gone is the Q4 50 e-tron variant. Sitting in its place is the new Q4 55 e-tron with better performance, more range, but the same starting price.Audi only lifted the veil on the updated 2024 Q4 e-tron a few months ago and the range continues to start from $49,800 for the entry-level Q4 40 e-tron.
Carmakers normally roll out big changes at the beginning of a new model year, but Audi is bucking that trend to make improvements to the Q4 E-Tron. Halfway through the 2024 model year, the electric crossover gets updates such as more horsepower and more driving range.

The Audi Q2 is reportedly living on borrowed time, but that hasn’t stopped the company from updating their entry-level crossover.As part of a mid-year makeover, the Q2 is receiving a “comprehensive technology upgrade” that aims to make the crossover feel more modern. That’s a welcome development and one that will see the model outfitted with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster as well as an 8.8-inch infotainment system.These are big upgrades as the crossover previously came equipped with analog gauges and a 7-inch display.
Volkswagen and Audi are recalling more than 261,000 Golf-based cars from the 2015 through 2020 model years over a fire risk stemming from a potentially defective seal in the fuel pump, which is located inside the tank. If this seal fails, fuel can flow into the evaporative emissions system, contaminate the charcoal canister and eventually leak out through its filter element. Not only will this result in issues with the emissions system, but it can allow fuel vapors to enter places they're not wanted.
