Tata Nexon And Tata Nexon EV Dark Edition Launched For Facelift SUVs, Starts At Rs 11.45 lakh
Both SUVs feature an all-black exterior shade, 'Dark' badging, black alloy wheels, and an all black cabin
Both petrol and diesel variants of the Nexon are available in Dark edition variants.
However with the Nexon EV, only the long range variant is available in the Dark edition.
The Nexon EV Dark carries a premium of Rs 20,000 over its corresponding variant.
No changes have been made to the feature list of both Tata Nexon and Nexon EV Dark.
The Tata Nexon and Tata Nexon EV facelifts finally get the choice of the Dark edition along with the Tata Harrier and Safari facelifts. The new Nexon EV’s Dark edition was first showcased at the Bharat Global Mobility Expo 2024 in New Delhi in February. Now, excluding Tata Punch, Tata’s entire SUV lineup gets Dark edition variants. What’s New With The Nexon & Nexon EV Dark?
TheDark edition variants of the Tata Nexon and Nexon EV feature an all-black exterior shade with blacked-out 16-inch alloy wheels. Additionally, both of these SUVs also sport a ‘Dark’ badge on their side fenders, while the ‘Nexon’ badges have been blacked out as well. However, the ‘EV’ badge on the Nexon EV Dark is blue, distinguishing it from its internal combustion engine (ICE) counterpart.
Both Nexon and Nexon EV get all black interior and leatherette seat upholstery. The hearests also get ‘Dark’ branding.
No Changes To The Feature List
No feature changes have been made to the Nexon and Nexon EV with the introduction of their Dark editions. In the case of the Nexon EV, the Dark edition has only been introduced on the top-spec Empowered Plus LR variant.
Both SUVs come equipped with a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, a 9-speaker JBL sound system, a single-pane sunroof, and wireless charging. The Nexon EV, however, boasts a larger 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system compared to the Nexon’s 10.25-inch screen. Additionally, the electric SUV is equipped with vehicle-to-load (V2L) and vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) functionalities.
