Li Auto L6 specs and pricing leaked before the launch

Specs and prices of the Li Auto L6 EREV crossover were exposed in China before the official launch. Li’s upcoming bestseller has two trim levels with a price range of 259,800 – 289,800 yuan (35,900 – 40,100 USD). In the future, Li Auto can drive its prices down even more.

Li Auto is a 9-year-old Chinese brand that has already secured a strong market position, selling over 370,000 cars in 2023. Its current model line comprises the electric minivan Mega and three EREV crossovers: L7, L8, and L9. In April, Li Auto plans to add an entry-level model to the line: the L6 SUV. It has alreadyapplied for the sales license. Moreover, it was seen multiple times in China.

Yesterday, a photo of Li Auto’s presentation leaked online and became viral on social media. In this slide, we can see the specs and price of the L6. Li Auto officials responded to the leakage, calling it fake. However, many Chinese influencers and car experts shared the leaked specs, considering them real. We at CarNewsChina also tend to consider this information truthful.

In the presentation, the Li Auto L6 is positioned as a mid-to-large SUV with dimensions of 4925/1960/1735 mm with a wheelbase of 2920 mm. It has dual-motor 4WD as standard, while its mixed cruising range reaches 1390 km. The Li Auto L6 has a double wishbone suspension in the front axle and five-link independent suspension in the rear. It also offers the CDC continuous damping system. On the other hand, the L6 hasn’t got air suspension. Its ground clearance is 180 mm.

The Li Auto L6 has two 3K 15.7-inch screens and 19 speakers inside. The entry-level L6 has the AD Pro autonomous driving system, while the top-trim car offers the AD Max system with the LiDAR sensor installed.

According to the leaked photo from the presentation, the Li Auto L6 has two trim levels: L6 Pro and L6 Max. The entry-level car costs 259,800 yuan (35,900 USD), and the top-trim L6 costs 289,800 yuan (40,100 USD). For clarity, we list the starting price of every Li Auto model currently on sale.

More information about the L6’s specs was revealed as lots of L6 spy shots leaked online as well. This SUV has a heads-up display, and a dual 50W wireless phone charging pad
