LEAKED: Mini Aceman EV Breaks Cover Ahead Of Debut

The new Mini Cooper Aceman has leaked ahead of its planned April 24 reveal, which has presumably angered some high-ups in the BMW Tower but gives us an early glimpse at the all-electric crossover that, until now, has been hidden under camouflage. Mini's latest product was leaked via China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

Designed to fill the gap between the compact Cooper Hardtop and the larger crossovers, the Aceman looks like a miniature version of the Countryman Electric.

It's worth noting options vary from market to market, so US-spec models could receive different accessories and styling packages.

The Aceman is very compact. It measures 161.1 inches long (only 2.6 inches longer than the outgoing Mini Cooper four-door), 59.6 inches tall, and 69 inches wide. Thanks to the electric drivetrain, the Aceman has a generous 102.5-inch wheelbase, only three inches shorter than the Audi Q3's wheelbase.

Interestingly, MIIT lists another vehicle length (160.4 inches), which is down to the different
