Foton Eyes Q2 for New Bakkie Range Debut in SA

Aiming to offer “unmatched” accessibility and service to customers, the local arm of the Chinese manufacturer currently has 40 “strategically placed” dealerships across the country. According to Foton SA’s CEO, Marius Smal, “This extensive dealer network ensures that consumers have convenient access to sales, maintenance, and support services, fostering lasting relationships built on trust and reliability.”

Leveraging the firm’s existing presence in the SA market, its partnership with CMH Group is aimed to bring expertise and resources. With a shared commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, CMH Group seeks to elevate the brand in SA and tap into exciting opportunities for consumers. Additionally, Foton has highlighted that its “state-of-the-art” parts warehouse, operated by Mandarin Parts Distributors (PTY) Ltd, will cater to after-sales service needs efficiently.

The manufacturer says the signing ceremony, which was attended by key stakeholders, including Foton SA CEO Marius Smal and Qin Zhi Tong, Vice General Manager of Foton SA Company, sets the stage for a promising partnership focused on excellence and success.
