Actor Rohit Roy Brings Home The MG Comet EV

Bollywood celebrities are typically associated with luxury cars, but there seems to be a shift in this trend as popular TV actor Rohit Roy is the latest from B-town to bring home the humble MG Comet EV to his car collection. He joins fellow actor Suniel Shetty, who also recently bought an MG Comet EV. Let's explore Rohit’s latest ride and learn more about it.

Finished in Candy White, Rohit Roy’s Comet EV sports a similar exterior colour as his MG Hector. You can, however, customise this EV from MG depending on the exterior theme pack you choose, but Rohit didn’t opt for any of those.

Flaunting his latest addition, the actor mentioned the reason for picking up the Comet in his Instagram post. The actor said, “It’s HUGE INSIDE while being easy to manoeuvre even on the most crowded Mumbai streets. And the ease of operation is unparalleled… you get into the driver's seat and she’s good to go!!”

Roy is known for his performances in movies like ‘Kaabil’ and his recent releases, including ‘Mumbai Saga’ and ‘Forensic’. The actor also starred recently in a Bengali film titled ‘Chengiz’, which is based on the Kolkata underworld.

Apart from owning a couple of models from MG Motors, Rohit Roy also owns a Mercedes-Benz E-Class and is known for his love for bikes, as he recently bought an Ultraviolette F77.
