Nissan Magnite Recalled For This Particular Issue

Nissan India has announced a voluntary recall for the Magnite sub-4 metre SUV, over a probable issue of faulty front door handle sensors. Only the base-spec XE and XL variants. Manufactured between November 2020 and December 2023, have been affected by the latest announcement.

Nissan will start contacting customers to inform them about this news. And if your vehicle has been affected, you can bring it to your closest authorised service centre, where the part will be replaced free of charge. Until then, Nissan has assured that customers can continue using their vehicle and there won’t be any impact on safety.

Meanwhile, Nissan has begun work on the Magnite facelift, which is expected to launch later this year. One can expect design tweaks and additional features to be on offer. Apart from that, the Japanese carmaker is also working on a Hyundai Creta rival and a seven-seater version of the same model as well.
