Fisker's ongoing financial troubles have reportedly scared off a substantial number of the buyers who reserved the electric Ocean crossover with a refundable deposit. The company has lost more than 40,000 reservations that it will need to reimburse, according to a recent report.
The end could be near for Fisker. Actually, it may have already happened. In a first-quarter earnings call last week from Magna International, the company stated that Fisker Ocean production is still idled, and it "assumes no further production" will take place. It's not an official announcement from Fisker, and "assume" isn't a definitive stand from Magna. Still, it's pretty damming considering the current state of Fisker.

India is soon to get a new motorcycle brand in the form of Brixton Motorcycles. The brand hails from Austria, and carries a British name. KAW Veloce Motors Pvt Ltd has partnered with the brand in India, and will collaborate to manufacture its motorcycles inn India.
The Beijing Motor Show returns for the first time since 2019, and will be held between April 24 and May 4. The show will debut a long list of new cars and SUVs, including a few that will also come to India.
Sanctuary AI announced that it will be delivering its humanoid robot to a Magna manufacturing facility. Based in Canada, with auto manufacturing facilities in Austria, Magna manufactures and assembles cars for a number of Europe’s top automakers, including Mercedes, Jaguar and BMW. As is often the nature of these deals, the parties have not disclosed how many of Sanctuary AI’s robots will be deployed.
