Jeep Wrangler facelift launched at Rs 67.65 lakh

Jeep India has revealed prices for the refreshed Wrangler. The updated SUV is now priced from Rs 67.65 lakh for the Unlimited, with prices going up to Rs 71.65 lakh for the Rubicon, which means the Wrangler range costs about Rs 5 lakh more. Here’s what you get for the premium.

  1. Jeep Wrangler Unlimited gets new grille, 18-inch alloys
  2. Wrangler Rubicon also sports blacked-out grille, new 17-inch alloys
  3. Both get new 12.3-inch touchscreen, 12-way powered front seats

Jeep Wrangler Unlimited: 2024 design changes

The most noticeable changes on the outside of the Wrangler Unlimited are the new blacked-out grille (it used to be body-coloured) and the new 18-inch alloy wheels. Jeep says the windshield is also new, and is now made of Gorilla glass. In addition, the Unlimited now comes with five exterior colour options – Sarge Green has been added to the line-up of Bright White, Black, Granite Crystal and Firecracker Red.

Jeep Wrangler Rubicon: 2024 design changes

Like the Unlimited, the Rubicon also now sports an all-black grille and new 17-inch alloy wheels. The previous portfolio of colours continues – Sarge Green, Bright White, Black, Granite Crystal and Firecracker Red. The Rubicon continues to get all the badges and decals that mark it apart as the more hardcore Wrangler.

There’s not too much that’s different on the inside of the Wrangler facelift when compared to the outgoing mode. The layout is more or less the same, but for the adjustments made to fit the new 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen, which runs on Jeep’s latest Uconnect 5 OS – the round central air vents are now thin slits that are positioned below the aforementioned touchscreen. The Unlimited and Rubicon also now get 12-way powered front seats, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and six airbags, which is two more than before.

Other safety kit includes electronic stability control, hill start assist, hill descent control, electronic roll mitigation, automatic headlamps, a tyre pressure monitor, and rear parking sensors and camera.
